Shalom Hai

Biography-

Born in Jerusalem(1994), Israel.

BFA, Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem, Israel, 2022. Graduate Cum Laude.

Shalom’s work explores the ways in which closed structures affect people’s development both mentally and physically and aims to investigate how the body reacts to the environment it is situated in. Thus, the depiction of forms evocative of bodily organs is precisely to provide that perception and connotation of these hidden systems, both within the body and inside buildings, which in both cases are fragile, delicate, and dark.
